Upon installation of your Box on Demand system, we will provide on-site training for key personnel delivered by our trained experts. Our team ensures that your operations group knows how to use the machinery properly to get the most out of your system. After installation, support is provided by a team of certified technicians that have years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and holds detailed knowledge concerning electrical subsystems and mechanical design. Comprehensive on-site service is also available under your Box on Demand agreement. Our factory trained engineers and technicians will provide preventative maintenance, calibration and recommended productivity enhancements for your system.

 
 

Full warehouse of spare/wear parts and on-site inventory

We carry a full warehouse of machine parts and provide on-site critical components. If a part is deemed critical for the supply chain or a particular part has unacceptable lead times, Box on Demand will stock it.

When you call the support numberyou will be connected to a Box on Demand engineerany time day or night. Box on Demand also provides avariety of data links with our BOD system allowing for realtime diagnosis remotely by our support staff if needed.
