Machinery - Our program is based on the placement of a packaging system at the end-user facility and the supply of raw materials.  Our customers buy equipment or receive equipment via a contract for the supply of raw materials manufactured or distributed by Plymouth Packaging.  We design and propose systems based on each customer's needs.  Simple setups to complex integrated systems are available.

Operators spend most of their time on one side of their machinery – the output side. This is because our systems utilize fanfold, a material that allows the machine to continuously feed. When using a ready to feed system, several hundred boxes can be made without reloading raw material. Because of this, the productivity of the system is drastically increased. Operators are rarely on the input side of the machine and instead spend their time producing and packing boxes. Fanfold has another added benefit. Each box end cut is also the beginning of the next box in sequence. This gives ZERO scrap in the feed direction of the machine.  Of all corrugated products, fanfold has the most efficient trucking cube utilization.  Bales of material stack two high and two wide perfectly in a 53" trailer.
